Purchased your annual policy? We’ll refund your cancellation fee
If you’re a 7 day free insurance customer and have bought an annual policy following your period of free cover, we’ll refund your standard cancellation fee for your previous insurance policy (excludes any charge for period of cover) up to £50. To get your refund, simply send us proof of the cancellation fee incurred (e.g. cancellation notice from your previous insurer) and details of your new Citroën Insurance policy (e.g. Policy Schedule) to:
